Graciela Del Mar Cubias, LL.B. Barrister, Solicitor, Notary,

Graciela is a skilled lawyer maintaining a diverse practice for the benefit of her clients in the areas of all facets of Real Estate, Wills & Estates, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Litigation. With a wealth of knowledge in all these areas, she can bring complete solutions to multi-faceted circumstances.

After graduating with Honours from York University, Toronto, Graciela received a post-graduate certificate in Legal and Corporate Administration from Seneca College and worked within the legal industry at two top-tier Toronto Law firms, prior to obtaining her law degree from the University of London, England. Upon her return she completed her Accreditation to become a full member of the Law Society of Ontario and continued to work within the industry until she opened her own practice in 2013.

Graciela is a member of the Durham Region Law Association, the Peterborough Law Association, and the Hastings Law Association, and diligently serves all these regions, and more across Ontario.

As a business owner, mom and Sole Practitioner, she understands the busy world we all live in and respects her time and her clients time as she deals with each matter with expertise and superior care.

Crystal Gillingham,

Administrative Assistant

Crystal Gillingham joined our office in August of 2013 as administrative assistant. She graduated on the President’s Honour Roll List from the Office Administration – Legal Program at Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario.

Crystal has proven to be one of the most industrious, resourceful, and courteous assistants in the field. Her dedication to the office, her fellow staff members, and our clients is second to none and is commended repeatedly by our clients as one of the reasons they come back to our office.

Diana has worked in the real estate field for over 25 years. She joined our office in Whitby in May of 2016.

She began her career working for a top producing mortgage broker and then made a lateral move into real estate law, where she excelled working for one of Durham’s busiest practices.
Her extensive customer relations experience puts you first, and makes you feel like a person in your real estate transaction.
