Graciela Del Mar Cubias, Lawyer
Graciela is an experienced lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada. She practices primarily in the areas of residential, rural /cottage country and commercial Real Estate, Wills & Estates, Corporate Law, and Litigation. She utilizes her wealth of experience, sincerity, and confidence when representing her clients.
After graduating with Honours from York University, Toronto, Graciela received a post-graduate certificate in Legal and Corporate Administration, prior to earning her law degree from the University of London in England.
She actively participates in Continuing Learning Education seminars thereby staying in tune with developments in the field. In turn, she enjoys being able to bring that knowledge to others and has held learning seminars for the public and other professionals. Graciela is a member of the Whitby Chamber of Commerce, the Durham Region Law Association, the Peterborough Law Association, and Kawartha Chamber of Commerce & Tourism.
As a business owner and mom she understands the busy world we all live in. Crystal Gillingham, Administrative Assistant
Crystal Gillingham joined our office in August of 2013 as administrative assistant. She graduated on the President’s Honour Roll List from the Office Administration – Legal Program at Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario.
Crystal has proven to be one of the most industrious, resourceful, and courteous assistants in the field. Her dedication to the office, her fellow staff members, and our clients is second to none and is commended repeatedly by our clients as one of the reasons they come back to our office.

Diana Zelinski, Real Estate Administrator
Diana has worked in the real estate field for over 17 years. She joined our office in Whitby in May of 2016.
She began her career working for a top producing mortgage broker and then made a lateral move into real estate law, where she excelled working for one of Durham’s busiest practices.
Her extensive customer relations experience puts you first, and makes you feel like a person in your real estate transaction.

Samantha Cumberbatch, Paralegal Student
Samantha is currently studying to become a Paralegal at the Academy of Learning in Toronto, Ontario. She has spent many hours studying the various areas of law which would allow her to diligently and effectively represent her future clients at the Ontario Superior Court, Small Claims division, protecting the rights of those dealing with Provincial Offences charges, Employment and Labour issues, Quasi-criminal matters, and helping newcomers to Canada that require assistance with our Immigration & Refugee Laws. Through our office, she is utilizing her legal research and drafting skills in order to assist Graciela with our Wills, Estates and Corporate files.
Samantha is hard working, diligent, responsible and takes pride in her work. You can look forward to her attentive, caring and helpful nature in our office over the rest of the summer as she completes her internship in our Whitby location.
